There is a maroon envelop box next to the front door of every building. Takeout an envelop and write the services you need done on the envelop.

Give Information

Please be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached during the day.

Authorize

Sign & date the bottom of the Early Bird / Late Envelope. If an estimate is needed prior to services and repairs, please check the "YES" box. Otherwise, we will proceed with the repairs requested.

Drop Off Key

Place your car key in the envelope and place the envelope in the "Key Drop" slot, which is in the center of the front door.

Early Bird / Late Drop Off Service

We know you have a busy schedule, so we've designed our Early Bird/Late Drop Off Service to take some of the "hassle" out of servicing your vehicle with 5 easy steps:

Our service personnel will check-in your vehicle the next morning.

We also top off the washer fluid.

Lube, Oil and Filter Change
We offer quality products, including Pennzoil.. Recommend every 3,000 miles/3 months

Tires
Any brand tire you prefer, we’ll install $1 over cost plus installation charges. Replacement, service and repair, tire rotation recommended every 6,000 miles/6 months

Wheel Alignment
We use the latest 3D technology to provide you with a quality alignment. An alignment check is recommended every 12,000 miles/12 months.

Transmission, CV Axle and Clutch Service and Repair
We use OEM fluids whenever possible and follow OEM recommendations as to when these items should be done.

Radiator and Cooling System Service and Repairs
Antifreeze flush and fill based on OEM recommendations or 36,000 miles/36 months

Fuel System Service and Repairs
Based on OEM recommendations

Power Steering System Service and Repairs
Based on OEM recommendations

Timing Belt Replacement
Based on OEM recommendations

Spark Plug Replacement Service
We use OEM replacement spark plugs whenever possible

Brake Service
We offer 3 types of brake services, good, better and best, all with limited lifetime warranty on brake pads and shoes. An inspection, at no charge, is recommended every 12,000 miles/12 months

ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) Light Diagnostics

Exhaust & Muffler Repair
We perform a no charge exhaust inspection, and recommend that be done every 12,000 miles/ 12 months

Shocks, Struts, Steering and Chassis Service
We perform a no charge steering and suspension inspection, and recommend inspections every 12,000 miles/12 months.

Starting and Charging System
Many starter and alternator manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty on premium line products.

Air Conditioning and Heating
