The service was great! First, the recommendation from the man at Costco couldn't have been more pointed: "Go to the Auto Super Service Center on Capitol Circle, nowhere else!" "That's where we send all our customers." (I assumed because it was excellent and reliable service, and it was!) As I sat in the waiting room for a few hours I was impressed with the patience and diplomacy with which the guys handled all of the customers and their problems. Courtesy and customer service were first rate, even under duress. In the end, what I thought was going to be a tire rotation and balancing turned out to be four new tires, but I didn't mind, because it was carefully explained and shown to me that it was necessary. Thank you for your excellent service.
